If I find a Tome of Knowledge(scroll?) with a new SKILL
On a mission
Or research
I can teach it to other characters ?
Or I PVP I Saw SKILL will try to imitate It ?
What 'Uber' Abilities ? And how do we get them ?

You may sell a Tome of Knowledge to another player, but not teach them to use it. For that they must join the proper League. There is no other way to learn a new Ability. Once learned it may be practiced and/or studied by the player who learned it so that they get better, but they cannot pass it on to other players. Only League instructors can do that.

We'll talk about Uber Abilities later when we're ready to release that information, sorry.

while that idea sounds cool, i see that it could be abused. but maybe a suggestion could be after reaching a point to once you are a master of he skill you could do a decently hard quest so that you could pass it on to a student. but even within that you would need a way to stop people from getting and dropping all their friends so they learn the skills.

but even with that suggestion i see it could be abused. so unless a good variation of this was made, it is best to leave it where we cant teach other players skills

Uhm, I thought that players could only learn at a defined rate regardless of the number of skills they had did I misunderstand this ?

If thats the case then not sure how the mechanism described by Jatar could be abused at all.....
